Got a 'shades discount code' email today, but it's only 10% off. Anyone seen better promo codes for Shades.com recently, especially for bigger purchases like motorized shades?
10% is pretty standard unless it's a major sale event like Black Friday. For motorized shades, sometimes they do specific brand promotions.

My Redken EQ Color Chart order from Shades arrived, and it's missing a few swatches. Has anyone had issues with incomplete orders from them?

Yeah, I once ordered hair color and a developer, and the developer was missing. Had to contact support, they sent the missing item pretty quickly.

My By Niko advent calendar arrived today and a couple of the candies were crushed. Has anyone had to deal with Shades' return policy for damaged items like this?
Same thing happened with a box of By Niko sweets I ordered around Diwali. They asked for photos and sent a new one. No hassle.
